Same question, but more in line with being able to PM ... though I do have an upload of mine I would like to share, but seems I dont upload much anymore, its not a big issue.

Same, but then I figured it must of been a case of having to amass a decent post count before PM being made available.

Is it possible to set posts to 'approve only' when that person has below 15 posts or something? That would solve any spam problems, or at least stop them from even having their posts seen on the forum.

Might not be possible but that would kill off the idiots that spam here.

phpp doesnt have that option.I only can put all members to mod que,then we have to approve 100s of posts each day
