TNA News: TNA Impact Wrestling reportedly cancelled by Destination America
Destination America has made the decision to cancel TNA Impact Wrestling programming at the end of the third quarter, according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. The cancellation is expected to go into effect in late September.

Powell's POV: The story states that Destination America made the cancellation decision prior to announcing that Impact Wrestling will be moving from Friday to Wednesday nights. One can only speculate as to what this means for the future of the company. They have international television deals, but there's no telling whether they can find another American television partner or what will happen if they do not.

This original source for this news item is Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com.

Although Dixie Carter or John Gaburick will never admit it, TNA has been in a financial crisis for a while now. They have slowly went downhill, since Jeff Jarrett control. They have some very good talent, they just need a complete leadership overhaul.

Wow, that's got to feel bad for TNA. Getting cancelled for what must be a company with a lot less money.

Like if WWE got cancelled and replaced with a CZW TV show, you'd be thinking..... what? No matter what you think of the companies individually, it's an odd situation.
