I can't find anything about this is the FAQ. Are we allowed to repost the links to other message boards. If the files are left intact then the advertising for the fight-bb.com site will still be in the downloads.

I didn't realize that. I assumed that if links were being used then they wouldn't expire as quickly. I guess I had it backwards.
