It hasn't been locked for weeks, it's been relocked a few days ago due to the admin being busy with requests. You just have to be here on a day that it's not locked.

Why is the packs thread unlocked but the normal request thread not locked? You'd have to ask the admin directly about that.
All I'm saying is, please don't use threads for things other than what they are for
